Welcome to the Otaku Stop!


Welcome to the Otaku Stop, my new blog, where each day I hope to upload a new review of  anime, episode, and manga releases. I may also come up with the occasional 'top 10's' of various need-to-listen to Vocaloid songs or must-see anime's. 

 Also, be on the lookout for some of my cosplay's, AMV's or song covers I may upload! You can also check out my special side-blog, The 13th User, which follows Zero, my OC through the game of Future Diary with daily posting and diary entries.

 I'll try to keep up to date with reviews and entries and hope that eventually people find this blog. Until then, I guess I'll see you around, my lovely otaku's!

What Happened to Light Yagami? {Shinigami Theory}

Now, I know this theory has been floating around on the internet for awhile, most likely since the Death Note: Relight  series was aired, and if you haven't heard of/seen the Relight series, it's basically a two episode OVA with some deleted scenes or rewritten scenes that differed from what was shown in the anime. The first Relight was told from the POV of Ryuk, the Shinigami that followed Light throughout the series and, in the end, the one to kill Light Yagami, using his own Death Note. At the beginning of the first OVA, and unnamed Shinigami is seen asking the others about Ryuk, saying he wants to talk to the Shinigami who went to the human realm. This alone suggests that he has knowledge of Ryuk, prior to meeting him. Now, one can argue that news got around about Ryuk and what he did in the human realm/the human he was with ect.
